This is a complete list of the services offered by Sikes PC Repair and how rates are calculated for each service.Note: If the computer needs to be taken back to the shop, you will never be billed more than 3 hours.
Travel is Billed same as repair for any destination. I reserve the right to refuse on-site service due to distance, 35 minutes from downtown Winter Park is about the maximum. I apologize, but it's just too hard to travel far whenever troubleshooting is needed. Time needed for travel can easily be estimated using Google Maps.
Residential and Small Business Clients
- General PC Repair - $60/Hr:
- Software Troubleshooting
- Wireless and Wired Networking (Setup and Repair)
- Hardware Diagnostics and Repair/Replacement (Does not include cost of parts)
- Remote Assistance - $50/Hr, Half Hour minimum.
- Custom PC Assembly - $60/Hr + Cost of Parts
